Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Serves: 2

 

•1 cup steel-cut or regular oats cooked according to package directions (I like to use gluten-free rolled oats).

•A nice sprinkle of nuts and seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, almonds, chia, walnuts (any nuts/seeds you like or have on hand)

•½ cup berries

•2 tbsp for each bowl unsweetened almond milk (optional)

•Stevia or a little honey, to taste

•Dash of cinnamon (optional)

•Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve warm.

•Top with berries, sprinkle of Stevia/honey and dash of cinnamon.
